Japan helmet manufacturer SHOEI manufactured X-14 series with 1.41 kg weight from carbon fibre material. Precision scales 1.621 kg average from 3 size L helmets. In some countries, X-14 is known as X-SPIRIT III.
This model is tested in Sharp laboratories and received 5 stars. Important factor other than stars is impact zone diagrams which is colours. |Noise Inside The helmet's ability to reduce noise, to minimise the wind resistance and to encourage ventilation inside the helmet was assessed in a wind tunnel at a simulated riding speed of 100 km/h.
